Resistance Piers

Resistance piers are designed to underpin existing concrete foundations to stabilize and stop settlement. In some cases structures may be raised back to its original level position. Resistance piers are hydraulically driven to rock or a measured design load. These piles can be installed in very limited access areas where other types of piles cant. Load capacities range from 5 Tons to 20 Tons.
